Getting There

Just outside Exit 2 of the HSR Zuoying Station (or Exit 1 of the Zuoying metro station), there is a bus terminal (platform 5) where the E-da Bus (義大客運) picks up passengers heading to E-da World or Fo Guang Shan Monastery. Only selected buses will bring you to Fo Guang Shan Monastery, so you will have to ask around if you can’t read Chinese. The full bus fare costs NT$58 (from Zuoying station to Fo Guang Shan Monastery), while a half-fare costs NT$29 (from Fo Guang Shan Monastery back to Zuoying Station).

Tip: Bring spare change to pay for the bus tickets.
