Construction was still ongoing in the area when I visited the Hong Kong Observation Wheel, which reminds me of Asiatique in Bangkok. The price is reasonable, but you can certainly get better views from other places in Hong Kong. To get there, take a ferry from Tsim Sha Tsui Pier to Central Pier, or take the MTR to Central (Exit A) or Hong Kong (Exit A2).
