It was my third time at Gyeongbokgung—with my first being in 2003 and my second, in 2012—and it certainly didn’t disappoint. But I should be ashamed because despite the two trips prior to this, I never knew the National Folk Museum of Korea was located inside the palace. While I’m not a fan of artifacts, I certainly liked the open-air exhibition, which happened to also be the film location for one of the scenes in Descendants of the Sun.
