Late summer (August) isn’t exactly the best time to be visiting Camellia Hill in Jeju because all is green and monotonous. But it’s not difficult to see how pretty it would have been if I’d visited the place just a couple of weeks earlier during the hydrangea season. I guess I will have to wait for next summer to see that, but before that, I’m actually really hoping to see this place in winter, because hey, it’s called Camellia Hill, not Hydrangea Hill. And camellias are the roses of winter.
