If there is a light festival that you shouldn’t miss this winter, it has got to be the light festival at Garden of Morning Calm in Gapyeong of South Korea. Even with the crowd (and agitated photographers hogging the best photo spots), this place exuded romantic vibes especially in the cold weather, which calls for cozy hugs and cuddles.
